2012 BMW 650i Convertible CLR 600 GT

When it comes to updating BMW models, Lumma Design is usually one of the tuning firms that can be counted on to do an amazing job. Their latest project - called the CLR 600 GT - is proof of that. It’s based on the new BMW 650i Convertible, but improved with a power boost of 90 HP.
To achieve the extra power, Lumma Design modified the engine’s electronics and added a new flow-optimized muffler with four stainless steel tail pipes, each 90 millimeters in diameter. As a result, the V8 engine now delivers a total of 490 HP and a peak torque of 531 lb-ft. Top speed has also been increased to 160 mph.
The exterior of the BMW 650i Convertible was also slightly modified, getting a new front spoiler with LED daytime driving lights, new side skirts, and a new rear diffuser, as well as the obligatory new set of 20" alloy rims in a racing spokes design and black surface finish. For the interior, Lumma has covered it in Alcantara and leather, added an ergonomically shaped sports steering wheel, a new set of aluminum pedals, new foot rests, velour floor and trunk mats with a leather trim, and interior trims in embossed carbon leather. New 2011 Mazda MX-5 Miata Convertible Car

The 2011 Mazda MX-5 Miata convertible sports car continues its tradition of combining track-ready sports car dynamics and affordability.
Power comes from a 167-horsepower, 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that is mated to a close-ratio five-speed manual transmission, while a six-speed manual and a six-speed automatic are available.  For enhanced driving enjoyment, six-speed equipped Miata’s get a series of tuned pipes called the Induction Sound Enhancer, which delivers intake noise to the cowl just ahead of the windshield and makes the intake noise more audible to those in the cockpit without making it obnoxiously loud to bystanders.  Fuel economy ratings are good with 21-22 mpg city and 28 mpg highway.
The 2011 Miata comes standard with a manual soft-top, but a power retractable hard top is available on the MX-5 Miata PRHT (power retractable hard top).  Although the Miata doesn’t have a huge engine like many other sports cars, it still retains a performance edge due to its use of lightweight materials and construction, and near perfect weigh balance.
The front-mounted engine is located as far toward the center of the car as possible for optimal handling and balance, and the suspension is tuned for super road-gripping performance without an overly punishing ride quality.
The look of the 2011 Mazda MX-5 Miata is aggressive, but also aerodynamically functional.  The wide stance, especially around the cockpit, not only adds a sporty flair but it makes the Miata stronger.  The edgy design of the front fascia gives it a look that means business, but also lowers the drag coefficient.
The base Sport model comes with 16-inch alloy wheels, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, power features, and a six-speaker audio system with CD player.  Touring models get the six-speed manual, a six-CD changer, and 17-inch alloy wheels.  The Suspension Package adds a limited-slip differential and sport-tuned Bilstein shocks, while  the top-end Grand Touring model gets a BOSE audio system with seven speakers, automatic climate control and leather seats.  Opting for the Premium Package also adds Bluetooth connectivity and SIRIUS Satellite Radio.
Although the 2011 Mazda MX-5 Miata is small, many safety features do the best they can to keep you safe.  A strong unibody structure joins dual front and side airbags to deliver a great safety package.  Available stability control helps the driver maintain composure under inclement weather and accident avoidance motoring conditions.
Cruise around town or the track with the wind in your hair driving the fun and sporty 2011 Mazda MX-5 Miata roadster.
